Finding Connection in Expressive Art - Paint to Heal Launches Initial Workshop

Our inaugural Paint to Heal Expressive Art Workshop was a resounding success!

Guided by the nurturing hands of an art therapist and an art teacher, individuals at all stages of their grieving journeys gathered for a very special morning. Participants’ art experience levels were from complete beginners to seasoned artists and all came together to create on canvas with acrylics. The atmosphere was therapeutic, peaceful, and brimming with connection as emotions flowed alongside vibrant hues created by our brave and inspiring participants.

Here are some testimonials from our event:

  • "Thank you for creating a safe space to express my grief in a way words never could. I was very apprehensive about participating, but so glad I did."
    -TS

  • "I never thought I could paint, but the process was calming and cathartic."
    - Martha

  • "The shared experience with others on a similar path was incredibly bonding."
    -John
