Paint to Heal Program - Fall/Winter 2024/25

Roslyn, NY – Blue Healing Journeys, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by suicide, has been running its second season of its "Paint to Heal" program, a series of expressive art therapy workshops for suicide loss survivors.

Generously sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), these workshops provide a safe and supportive space for participants to explore their grief and emotions through creative expression. Guided by experienced art therapists, participants engage in a variety of art forms, including acrylic painting, clay work, and printmaking.

Paint to Heal offers a unique opportunity for individuals to connect with others who understand their pain. Through art, participants can begin to process their grief, find solace, and build a supportive community.

The workshops will take place at the Nassau County Museum of Art in Roslyn, NY, offering a serene and inspiring environment for healing and creativity.
